After completing his apprenticeship in Walsall, England—the heart of the saddlery and leather industry—Andrew relocated to Scotland at 27, where he established his own workshop. From this base, Sankey Saddles has expanded its reach worldwide, focusing on quality over quantity.
At Sankey Saddles, there is no standard range; instead, each saddle is custom-made to meet the unique requirements of horse and rider. Emphasizing traditional methods, the company continues to wet block seats by hand, a time-honored technique that ensures durability and superior quality.
