Atrophy is one of the most discussed – and misunderstood – findings in saddle fitting.<\/p>

While it\u2019s often immediately linked to a saddle that is \u201ctoo narrow,\u201d atrophy can arise in several ways. Understanding how<\/em> it develops is important, but knowing how to adjust your saddle fitting when atrophy is already present<\/strong> is where it really counts.<\/p>

In this webinar, we look at atrophy around the withers and shoulder area<\/strong>, with a practical focus on fitting saddles on horses showing (light) atrophy<\/strong>. We explore how saddle design, balance, stability, and load distribution can influence tissue over time \u2014 and how your fitting approach can be adapted to avoid adding to the problem.<\/p>
